A friend of mine is learning to make and appreciate good espresso -- he just got a Rancilio Silvia. His birthday is coming up and I would like to get an espresso-related gift but don't know what would be appropriate. For example, what would be some useful additional equipment for it? Are there espresso making classes or lessons in the Washington, DC area? Thanks.
