my favorite barbecue in Texas is Mikeska's. The meat is mouth watering and goes great with the sauce. THe chopped beef sandwiches are always a favorite. I actually planned out a BBQ trip through most of Texas finidng the best barbecue, I used the map on Texas Best Barbecue to find some visitor favorites. i gained a lot of weight around that time too!
