Shogun (near Connaught) for very good sushi...at a price. Tawana in Westbourne Grove (opposite the lovely TFI Friday) for wonderfully balanced Thai. Sea bass is very sexy indeed. And the mere mention of St John brings a tiny, happy tear to my eye.

Nando's Extra Hot Chicken Wings...the perfect snack item. And I walk out with my head held high. Oh, and the MacDonald's Double Cheeseburger. Never has £1 pound tasted so fine.
