Gianduja is chocolate blended with hazelnut into a smooth paste. Nutella is probably the most widely-known brand and form of gianduja. It is actually Guanaja Chocolate on the menu. Guanaja is the name Valrhona gave to it's extreme dark bittersweet chocolate. It is nothing similar to Nutella.
