  1. Thanks for the replies everyone. Well currently I have been working through eastern european foods. Cabbage and egg noodles with chicken sausage was dinner. I bakes speculass (windmill) cookies this am. My favorite dish? Thats difficult. I adore anything using beef short ribs, seafood and ricotta stuffed shells, lasagna, crepes, roasted pecans are a favorite to bake with, brittles, sweet breads especially with almond or fig filling, I cannot pick just one!

  3. I inherited a set of BEACON WARE sheet pand from my Grandma. Oh that woman could bake! I remember her telling me a story about the pans, but I cannot f8nd a shred of information on the history of who manufactured them or anything. Does anyone here know? I have attached a pic of the back of her pans. Thank you for reading.
  4. I have about 45 myself. But I seem to have an addiction for baking tools, pans, flavoring types, and those things. Everything from cannoli molds to empanada and dumpling forms/sealers to pasta drying racks and bread pans and doo-dads. I see things and cant wait to get home to try them. Its sortof the same as your pots and pans collection, with a bit of a twist. No pun intended
