The Post publishes nutritional information with each recipe. How do you do the nutritional analysis? Do you add up the numbers in-house using a nutrition guide (such as the USDA's at http://www.nal.usda..../nut_search.pl)? Do you hire a nutritionist to analyze the content of your recipes?
