Two Brazilian recipes that I have not managed to prepare successfully in exile are these two above bolinhos de pescado (Rio) and vatapa (Bahia)
Anyone could share the some light into the recipe?

Hi, can you be more exactly about what problems did you pass

Do you have both recipes?

Bolinhos de gengibre is like little ginger cakes is realy this want you want to say ?
