Anyone know where to find Compass Box in Manhattan?

You shouldn't eat grouse and woodcock, venison, a quail and dove pate, abalone and oysters, caviar, calf sweetbreads, kidneys, liver, and ducks all during the same week with several cases of wine. That's a health tip.

It has pretty wide availability at all the good liquor stores, for example:

Astor has Asyla, Hedonism, Spice Tree, Peat Monster and Oak Cross.

Sherry-Lehmann has Hedinism, Peat Monster and Eleuthera.

Park Avenue Liquor has Hedonism, Asyla, Peat Monster, Eleuthera, Oak Cross, Spice Tree and Orangerie.

Gotham on Bway at 94th st - just bought a bottle of Oak Cross on thursday.

(BTW, if you see Orangerie buy it - the supplies are running out and the earliest they'll be making any more is '09)
