Any more info on Sanghay?

Sanghay

It's interesting that Adria picks a Chinese restaurant. I read somewhere recently that he is most excited about Chinese cuisine at the moment, as well as Middle Eastern.

Adrià's been interested in asian cuisines for a long time now, thai, chinese, japanese... Even moroquian cuisinne has been present on previous years menus also. But Middle Eastern is the first time that I heard it. We'll have to see this year's menu.

I just had dinner at La Cepa in san sebastian and had a great meal. I was with people from my hostel so we they were worried about the budget. However I still managed to do some damage and enjoy some great tapas without busting the wallet.
