How would you say the customers of Ouest, or in Vancouver in general, compaire with those in Europe? Is there any difference, manners-wise or knowledge-wise? Do customers in one area tend to order a certain dish or style of dish more than another?

Hi Richie, thanks for you question

I would say that in the rooms that I worked in Europe most of the customers were on business accounts. Probably 70 % and in Vancouver it's more families and tourists. Manners ??? We'll slightly more on the laid back side over here. Styles of dishes, much lighter fare is prefered.
