Amygdalota: Need a recipe

I'm looking for a recipe for a Greek pastry/cookie that I think is called amygdalota.  It is a slightly chewy cookie with almond slivers and its not crumbly...any ideas?

Are you talking about Amygdalopita?

I have eaten them, but have never made them. Cat Cora is a well known chef, who happens to be Greek. I would definitely trust her recipe. The other one is from the Greek tourist authority, how bad could it be?
