Alcohol/liqueur-filled molded chocolates

For what it's worth, as much as I love Grewelings book, I've had much better success with the formula for liquor bonbons from Notters Art of the Chocolatier. I've used it to make both starch molded bonbons and to fill shells in a polycarbonate mold. @Sebabh  I'll dm you the formula when I get a moment later today.
