Liquid Glucose

Is there any non-commercial place to get liquid glucose in fairly large quantities (read: inexpensive)? I think I've seen it with Wilton cake supplies, but it was a pretty small bottle.

I live in northeast CT, so I can get to Boston or Providence pretty easily.

Or an online source?

I don't know about locally to you, but you can buy CK brand from amazon. Buying direct from CK requires a business account, unfortunately.

Sorry, I don't know how to make url's more compact.

Edited to add: I sometimes have luck finding it in 500g plastic jars at health food stores. Try there too.

A bit off topic but hopefully helpful. You can make long URLs short by going to TinyURL.com. Cut and paste the long address into the box and it will give you a very short URL.

Can you give me any rules or tips as to when you can or can't substitute corn syrup for glucose?
