Whisky tasting

Talisker New Make Natural Strength (straight from the still)

"Hold a whisky bottle by its neck, and a lassie by her waist, not the other way round"

"The further north you go, the colder it gets, so the whisky takes longer to mature"

Heresy, but I really liked the colourless, immature New Make Talisker. A really clean peat reek.
