Truffle dinners in SF/area

Recommended Posts

I'm looking for places in SF or the bay area that are doing dinners with a heavy truffle focus. I have to imagine Danko, La Folie, or somewhere would be doing a luxurious tasting menu.

Any pointers?

I got an email from Incanto, saying they are planning to feature truffles on their menu from now until Thanksgiving or so.

They don't usually do tasting menus, except on special occasions.

Oliveto in Oakland usually has some truffle dinners as well.

Looking on their website it looks like this year's truffle dinners are on Nov 15-18. click

I would also check with Acquerello and Quince in SF.

I've had the truffle menu at La Toque though not in the past couple of years. My experience was very positive.

I was just there tonight and had their white truffle tagliatelle, it was really excellent.
