Well for what it is worth these are the winning recipes:

RUM CATEGORY:

Adult Film Starr

by Sam Ross

Ingredients:

- 2 oz. Starr African Rum

- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

- 1 1/2 oz Licor 4

- 1 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

- 3 pieces of cucumber

- Nutmeg

Muddle cucumber in a cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients except for nutmeg and shake with ice. Strain into a double rocks glass over cracked ice. Garnish with cucumber spears and grated nutmeg.

RHUM CATEGORY:

The 1838

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 oz Neisson Rhum Agricole Reserve Speciale

- 1/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse

- 1/4 oz Pineapple Juice

- Juices of 1/2 Lime

- Garnish: Pineapple parrot and sugar cane stir stick

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice until well blended. Strain into a double highball glass over loosely packed crushed ice. Garnish with a sugar cane stir stick and a pineapple parrot.

CACHACA CATEGORY:

Moda Martini

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Beleza Pura Super Premium Cachaca

- 2 oz Banana or Raspberry Rum

- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

- 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice

- Garnish: mint leaf

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a large mint leaf in the center of glass.

Edit: It would be nice to know the recipes for the other cocktails, that way we could taste the cocktails as they were meant to be tasted.
