Kentucky Bourbon Trail

Today's LA times has a nice travel article about visiting the home state of Bourbon whisky. Many of Kentucky's artisinal whisky makers offer tours and sampling.

The writer visited Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, touring the barns, stills, and drinking the product. Took the plunge at Wild Turkey, and sampled a wide range at the Seelbach Hilton's Oak Bar. (The Seelbach has had good visibility, Bobby Flay focused an episode of his visit to Kentucky at the Seelbach, and sampled 44 bourbons.)

Apparently it's easier still to dictate the conversation and in effect, kill the conversation.
