Hi Shaun, my question is about when you are the customer. Do you feel you are treated differently?  :confused:

It's possible that I get treated slightly differently if I'm in a place that I'm known in. Chefs are regularly hospitable types and not just competitive types so a few extra courses of what I neglected to order can appear.
