I have some mystery ingredients from Battambang, a Southeast Asian supermarket in Lowell, Mass. ImageGullet is being unresponsive for me right now so I'm just going to link to Flickr. The photos aren't all great -- my lighting is horrible for taking photographs and I tried to make the most of the late afternoon light on an overcast day.

I'm spelling things the way they're spelled on the price tags, and there may be errors; what's labeled as cha orm, for instance, I'm pretty sure is cha om (rice paddy herb).

ETA: Oh! And in the meat section I got a package of something labeled "mount/chain" that looks like tendon. ... is it?
