3 tbs Dijon mustard

1 tbs Honey

1 tbs port wine (or Zinfandel)

1 tsp orange extract

1/4 tsp black pepper

I grill the salmon for 6 minutes on a side with indirect heat (covered). Put the salmon on the grill for 6 minutes then baste with the sauce, flip and baste the top. Cook for 6 more minutes.
