in school we used some sort of red powder as decor for several recipes.  i think it was powdered raspberry.  does this ring a bell with anyone?

i want to use it at work for valentine's day

What was it and where did you find it?

It sounds interesting.

i have used several of the Fruta Primas from AIU- They lent color and flavor intensity to various recipies- I thought they were quite good- except the Blueberry- which always seemed to get rancid right away.
