This topic reminds me of the food court in the University Memorial Center at the University of Colorado in Boulder: the Alferd Packer Cafe!

(To the best of my knowledge, they never served its namesake's preferred dish for blizzardy days. Some of us wondered about the dorms on campus, though!)
