Epicurious Citrus Sugar Cookies

I've made these for 12 years and they are the best I've had--the lemon and tangerine make them so much tastier than the regular ol' sugar cookie. I also like the citrus icing that goes on it, especially when I just use it as a thin glaze (cookies decorated with lots of icing generally taste awful, IMO).
