Due to last week bank holiday, here's the digest of both weeks:

The Weeks of December the 6th and 13th, 2004

The Michelin stars hangover will last. Fernando Point and Joan Merlot give their opinion on The new stars

Fernando Point revisites the classic Zalacain to realize that the all times traditional restaurant is still alive and kicking.

Top Metrópoli is for the best restaurants preparing Fideuá , the classic noodles paella from Gandía.
