I am a huge fan of your show. I've never thought about kidnapping you and forcing you to make wheat-based and couscous recipes... well not seriously anyway... but I believe, deep down, that I am the biggest fan.

Anyway...

What is your absolute favorite cooking utensil, tool, pan, or kithen gadget, and why is it your fav?
