Gary Rizzo, owner and chef of Miss Millie's restaurant, a popular Noe Valley brunch spot, says he loves to play on traditional Mimosas and Kir Royales. He makes his Kir Royale with Bonny Doon Framboise, a fortified raspberry wine, instead of black currant liqueur.

Happy Mother's Day to all of the moms!

Cheers!
