The 1999 Gilles Robin, Crozes-Hermitage Cuvee Alberic Bouvet, is opening back up again and has morphed from its original satin textured, streamlined self (at release) into a velvety mouthfull of vino that seamlessly blends sauvage notes into a rich, fairly deep wine that coats the mouth and finishes sometime in March.

It is impossible to have too much of this wine in your cellar.

Best, Jim
