When it's cold and windy I make a huge pot of hot and sour soup, heavy on the mushrooms, and add any leftover pork for the extra flavor! (And a generous splash of shaoxing wine!)

I'm a canning clean freak because there's no sorry large enough to cover the, "Oops! I gave you botulism" regrets.
