"We are very excited to release Cuvee Sublime this season," said Robert Rentsch, brand director at Piper-Heidsieck Champagne. "Champagne is synonymous with holiday celebrations and our new Cuvee Sublime is the perfect accompaniment to intimate celebrations and gatherings this season."

Hehe... suspected this might be something to do with branding and marketing rather than with proper wine making

That said, perhaps if I got hold of a bottle I'd be able to serve my wife some champagne that she actually liked!

Well I don't eat chocolate, but I love Champagne. Not so sweet. My husband however, would love the new Piper-Heidsieck

Practice. Do it over. Get it right.

Mostly, I want people to be as happy eating my food as I am cooking it.
