Jimmy,

How could I not love the Atkins diet? Of course, it's hard

not to have hash browns with steak, white break with

barbecue, or tater tots with merlot-braised lamb riblets,

but in view of keeping from turning into a short-winded

wad of fat, despised by the opposite sex, it is a small

sacrifice indeed. That you can eat all the meat you want

and still burn calories, is one of the greatest discoveries

of modern times.
