Topping up this thread as I will be headed to Beijing in a couple days...  anyone have any recent recommendations for:

Hotpot

Peking Duck

Jianbing

Roujiamo

Jiaozi/Baozi

Chuanr (kebab)

Any other Beijing or northern specialties not mentioned?
