Indian recipes using squash?

I have too much sitting in my veggie drawer from my CSA deliveries. Any tasty Indian-inspired recipes I can use the squash in?

snake gourd or opo squashes are sometimes used in kashmir in place of meat in yakhni. the attached link is for lotus root (Nadur) yakhni, bit kadhu is often used instead.

the big elaichi called for in the recipe are black cardomom
