I loved 'The Soul of a Chef'.

My question is, have you or would you ever consider doing a book on what the Adria brothers are doing at El Bulli?

Never been there. Fascinating very intellectualized food, very heavily manipulated. No doubt El Bulli kitchen would be fascinating to hang out in and write about.
