Steve, as your attorney I would advise against taking further action on these lines.

Go get a meal.

Steven, in all your buffet outings, is there one item that takes the top prize for appearing most often?

And also, is there anything that wouldn't dare make its appearance?  I'm curious.  (like for example, sashimi?)

Sushi and sashimi aren't uncommon in Chinese buffets. They're also found in rodizio restaurants on the salad bar. Mostly sushi, of course, but sometimes sashimi too.

I can't think of any one item that appears most often on buffets. It does seem, though, that just about every buffet no matter the nationality contains a soft-serve ice-cream machine.

My favorite Chinese buffet restaurant has sushi and sashimi made fresh, even to order, by a sushi chef at a sushi station that is separate from the steam tables. I can know that the food hasn't been sitting around for a long time. The sushi and sashimi are pretty good, maybe an 8 or 9 on a scale of 10. Of course, there's a glass jar for tipping the chef; you pay extra, in a sense, for the sushi and sashimi (if you're conscientious about tipping!).
