Tom Seitsema reviewed this place in the Post on Sunday. (Sorry, don't know how to add a link.) While anything with edible food would be an improvement in that area, the thought of wine being served in plastic cups is rather off-putting. What is up with that?

Nice to know there's something halfway decent down in that neighborhood. I lived there for two years and had better meals at the Negril takeout than I ever had at Hogates, or Phillips, or whatever was down there at the time. We occasionally go to Arena Stage, so a dinner option other than the theater concessions is a plus.

Anyone been to this place lately?? I just noticed it in Food and Wine's latest writeup on DC restos (the same one that mentioned Nectar and Palena).
