Wow, I just sat down with my lunch and flicked on FN. I saw Lighten Up for the first time. This is a really, really terrible show. The two hosts are from the RosieO'Donnell show, which I enjoyed, so I was predisposed to give them a chance. Wow, really irritating. Forget the poor food content...we're not even talking bearable banter between

t he two, let alone the value of another mac and cheese recipe "lightened up".

Isn't it awful? I caught part of one episode, just as one of them was explaining that "fresh beets are a hassle, just open a can" - then she put the canned beets in a cake as a fat substitute. :wacko:
