Hello and welcome! What's your method for cauliflower steaks? What did you have for dinner tonight?

 

I adore Texas 'cue and can be counted on to eat a LOT of it in the right places. On the other hand, the Gulf Coast has always been a great source of shrimp, oysters and fish. Are you anywhere near there?
