Betty C had some fine cakes and brownies mixes

in the past , if not now

I caked them

Id like to bake some pancake mixes

as I have two to work with

and enjoy soon !

Dutch babies are another baked pancake, but I don’t think you can make them with a pancake mix.
I have never tried any of this, but here are many suggestions for using pancake mix for things, other than pancakes.

Recently I wanted pancakes but didn't want to have to stand at the stove making them. I mixed up the batter, spread it out on a lightly oiled baking sheet. sprinkled with blueberries and baked. I cut it into squares and served with butter and syrup, as usual. Just square pancakes!

I’ve been making sourdough pancakes lately. They work equally well baked in a skillet or on a griddle.

for the skillet version I preheat the skillet in the oven, add butter and apple or pear slices in a layer on the bottom, and slide it into the oven. Flip it onto a plate. I think any typical pancake batter would work.

@paulraphael

Im keenly interested

esp the apple slices and indeed pears :

I guessing you have your batter , ready

''  I preheat the skillet in the oven, add butter and apple or pear slices in a layer on the bottom, and slide it into the oven.  ''

do you slightly or a bit more,   look the apple and pear first , on the bottom ?

then add your batter ?
