Prototype 3d chocolate printer. Currently works with compound chocolate; they are planning to make one that works with chocolate.  For chocolate printing they think they will need cooling and an enclosure.

And some sample prints.

Yes they are. I picked up a few scrapers from them.  🙂

Say hi to the boys from Rodney and I. We often did trade shows next to them - we'd temper their kettles so when they ran their pretzels they would look better!

Lancaster Pennsylvania at the convention center.

Nice venue - PMCA is there. You need to visit with Lancaster Mike while you are there!

Will do! I talked to them today about their new / non-light bulb heated little dipper.

Will plan for that next time. I had forgotten about Lancaster Mike.

There was a great Bahn Mi place - you'll have to go back into the PMCA threads to find the name.

Oh yes. I so wished we could have stayed a little longer so we could have returned for a second meal there!

Seeing this place - which may have been the one I was actually thinking of (noticed a picture of the placemats!) - Saigon Cafe - doesn't look like it's open Monday though.

No worries.  I can get bahn mi and Bánh xèo in Northern Virginia. I still might try an open Vietnamese or Korean restaurant for lunch tomorrow. Lots of options in Lancaster even though a lot of places are closed Sundays and Mondays. Mainly I plan to avoid eating at a hotel restaurant. Will have fun looking thru the links you posted.

@curls

now that's a serious selection of aged Meat !

I would have found the price interesting , but for no other reason.

those burgers certainly have a selection of toppings .

I probably would have starved to death as I would not have

had enough time to decide what my selection was .

tasty any way Id bet.

Very tasty. And I too was impressed by the aged beef. Perhaps better not to know the price. You know that old saying, if you have to ask how much, it's too expensive for you.  😉
