Creative Chinese Crepes

I came across this short video today on Chinese social media and wanted to share, but couldn't think of a suitable existing topic, so it's here. I'm calling it a crepe which it probably isn't, but seems close enough.

Ignore the first few seconds, which is me trying to work out how my new phone actually works.
