Whole Moulard?

I used to get whole moulard in wholesale from Christian Gasset of Au Bon Canard but that was a long time ago and he is more than busy supplying chefs around the country.

 

I really like Muscovy but love moulard.  I’m coming up empty on whole moulard.  Anyone have any source?
