yes , M of E is flawed 

 

Mare's mother , Helen ( Jean Smart )

 

should have had a scene 

 

cooking up a pan full of scapple.

 

in a pan from Walmart , cheap , plastic handle

 

that would melt near the pan.

 

have a dark black semi-nonstick finish

 

and be avocado in color.

 

the scrapple would have to be cooked correctly :

 

med to dark brown , not burnt , and crispy

 

on the surface , but soft inside.

w a rolling rock as a chaser.

 

this is a food forum after all.

 

the M of E would have been perfect.
