My Sweetie is giving my the portable Traiger Scout pellet smoker. It's just the 2 of us and it seems the perfect size.  And since it's portable it will go to the lake with us. Here's hoping we actually catch some trout to smoke.

1/8 and 1/4 sheet pans are endlessly useful.

I love my little 1/8 sheet pans.  I use them all the time.

My nephew (for whom I made some pretty posh wedding chocolates a few years back) - tucked this in with the gift for the rug rat. I chuckled when I saw it because I taught the brother and sister who own the company how to decorate and helped with the recipe development for this new line.
