Well you’d be better off using dark first then milk and washing it at the end of the day, but I think you can move one enrober between multiple machines. You want to work from fewest allergens to most.

You can certainly share an enrober between tempering machines - but the enrober will never be completely clean so there will be some contamination of milk into your dark - so label accordingly. 


Thank you both ... I'm still at the designing stage of my product range and I really benefit so much from your posts on this forum.
