Impressive find! Thank you.  It's always good to brush up on my spanish too.  The quality of the spanish food press is impressive -montagud has some amazing books as well some with some 'bi-lingual' english/spanish

A fantastic concept and one that I and other family members are quite passionate about...

 

If only there were an English version (copy and pasting an entire book to google translate.....no thanks!)
