Low, slow oven baked brisket, please.

Do you have a recipe for meltingly tender beef brisket?    Need to cook it in the oven.    Am thinking like 6-8 hours at 250F.    Experiences and thoughts, please.

I usuallly brown it first. Add whatever liquid and seasoning, seal it tightly in foil and roast at around 325 for however many hours it takes--depending on size of brisket.
