Great British Menu Season 14 has started

it seems to be induction based w these two items on the middle L  which seem heat-based.  any idea what they are ?

and yes , a TMX , Vitamix , dehydrator , and ChamberVSc

they show a lot of copper-ware on the sides , but the pans seem to have a steel bottom

it looks like this year there are going to be a bazillion props , personally , a mistake :

Looks like a Japanese konro grill of the sort that usually burns binchotan charcoal.  I guess they must have the ventilation to use it inside? 

I've been tempted to get one of the little fellas as a first step into outdoor grilling.

While I'm not enthused about the use of cymbals as props, I'm pleased to note that they've at least chosen Sabian, manufactured here in small-town Meductic, New Brunswick (about 90 minutes north of me).
