The eggs I use are from sea ducks. Don't know what difference that makes!

I will weigh one shortly in its shell.

Two of the leftover pâtés on generously buttered and toasted rye bread (or should it be on toasted and generously buttered...?)

I object, on principle, to running both my oven and the AC at the same time.  It was 77°F at 5 AM so I pulled some dough out of the fridge and let it and the oven warm up while I went out for my morning walk before it got too hot.

When I got home, I put together an old favorite combination of ingredients - pesto, red onion, bell, red bell pepper, shrimp and feta on some of the whole grain al taglio dough from Mastering Pizza.

Yep, that’s why I needed to question whether I should clarify or not! Not the butter, but the statement.

Left over chicken hiding under left over spinach topped with an egg steam baked in CSO.  I preheated chicken and spinach without an egg first.  Egg was cooked for about 8 minutes and was a little over done while I got distracted.  Still very tasty.

A study in shapes. Oh no! I think this is my breakfast. Getting just too wrapped up in my new hobbies. 😂
