Can You Help Identify This Pepper

My daughter who lives in Georgia planted a garden this year, one of the things being an unidentified pepper. She thinks it might be a poblano. Can anyone tell me what it is?

Looks like a poblano to me.  It's hard to tell from the picture but does it have a sort of "collapsed" look about?  Poblanos do.

pepper cross i think so to me taste is the defining indicator
