Hi guys,

 

First of all I would like to say I am glad to be part of this forum.

 

I was just searching for food forums that I can join and learn new things from and came upon this site.  I am really interested in dehydrating food and just go into it recently.

 

Currently from the UK.

Welcome! Several people on this forum do some dehydrating, including me, although I'm not very experienced at it. What kind of equipment do you have? I started with sheet pans and the oven, and have graduated to a cheap Ambiano that seems to work quite well.

 

What else do you like to cook?
